Injection Mold Setter / Manufacturing Technician (We’ll Train)
Good with machines but haven’t worked in injection molding? That’s okay, we’ll teach you.
We’re looking for mechanically inclined people from manufacturing, machining, maintenance, or production backgrounds who want to learn a new skill and build a long-term career in plastics manufacturing.
What you’ll do:
- Learn how to set up and change over injection molding machines
- Install molds and start up production runs
- Monitor equipment and help troubleshoot issues
- Work alongside experienced technicians who will train you
What we’re looking for:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort around machines
- Manufacturing or industrial experience (any industry)
- Willingness to learn and show up consistently
